nope its not his car but i bet its the stock engine and since its the u.s. spec its got maybe 110hp not even close to the real thing i own a rep of the of the 1985 Sprinter Trueno GT APEX only thing is that mine is a left hand drive and has a 1993 Toyota MR2 3SGTE Engine with a turbo puts out 300hp to 310hp fuel changes the hp output but its fast i dont drag due too i suck at it but im great at short track and drifting but my engine is a bigger beast then that one from the show but it takes lots of hours of .T. AND .E.
Lol yeah so it really was a cosplay car and nothing more, huh? Bummer lol ...but dude, your car sounds sick as hell!! And by replica do you mean an Initial D replica or a replica of the Japanese-spec Trueno itself? You should definitely post pics of it, though! I'd love to see it!
XD Correction.. at that time the tires were identical to Takumi's 86 in the beginning of the manga. Bridgestone Potenza 930i's. I'm dying to get a set of Bridgestone Potenza RE-01R's like the kind used in 4th stage, but they dont make em in 14's in the US T.T
lol... TSW? not even. those are original 8 spoke one-piece RS watanbe rims repainted in gunmetal grey. not black. Have a look at 4th stage. tires=black, rims=gunmetal grey. fronts are 14x6 and read are 14x7.
as for the logo on the right door, that's extrnally correct to takumi's car. I don't care to make it right hand drive or make the interior burgundy.
....and if ya must know....it doesnt have a formula atlantic 20V silvertop, but it does have a tasty little blacktop.
except for the tires...the exterior is IDENTICAL to takumi's
