I stumbled upon her Twitter account randomly from someone else I follow on Twitter. I started to read a few posts on her blog and continued to because aside from posting about all the positive things you can feel and think when everything's good, she would post a lot about when things were not so good which is a lot harder to do. She would even ask for input on her posts and see what other people thought and if they agreed/disagreed as well as leave feedback and comment on what other people left feedback on. Even on Twitter she answers and leaves feedback to all who comment.

She always seems to put in a lot of effort and passion to all the good-thinking things she does and does so without sounding like she's over-hyping the positive thinking in ways that sound like a fictional reality would work and sounding fake, but keeps all the positive thinking realistic. She also would sometimes include personal things from her own life that would be easy to not generally see as positive but would show the "bright side" of the situation.

I'm voting for her because she wouldn't be arrogant over receiving the job as well as she deserves to have a job that she'd not only love to have but one she'd put a lot of passion in to doing and loving it.
